1. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for any payments made. This includes, but is not limited to, subscription fees, upgrade fees, or any other charges related to the use of LinkBiopia’s services.

2. Subscription Cancellations

While we do not offer refunds, we provide flexibility in that you can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent period.

  • If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, you will be downgraded to a free plan, and access to any premium features will be removed.

To cancel your subscription, simply log in to your LinkBiopia account and navigate to your Account Settings. You can also contact our support team at support@linkbiopia.com for assistance with cancellations.

3. Account Downgrades and Deletions

  • Downgrading: If you wish to downgrade to a free plan, you may do so at any time through your account settings. Downgrading will result in the loss of access to premium features.

  • Account Deletion: If you choose to delete your account, please be aware that all data associated with your account will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone, and no refunds will be issued for any unused portions of your subscription.

4. Billing Discrepancies

If you believe there has been an error in billing or you have been charged incorrectly, please contact our support team at support@linkbiopia.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review your inquiry and, if an error is found, will provide a solution (e.g., adjusting charges or providing an appropriate remedy).

5. Changes to the Service or Pricing

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services, or change pricing plans, at any time. If we make any significant changes to our pricing or services that affect your subscription, we will notify you via email or through a notice on our website. You can cancel your subscription at any time if you do not agree with any changes to the service or pricing.

6. Trial Periods

If you have signed up for a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. However, if you choose to continue with a paid subscription after the trial period, you will be billed according to the plan you select. If you decide not to continue, make sure to cancel before the end of the trial to avoid any charges.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In certain cases, such as fraudulent activity or other extenuating circumstances, we may offer exceptions to the no-refund policy at our discretion.
