  • No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on any payments. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and your subscription will not renew after the current billing cycle.

  • Subscription Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not result in a refund for the current billing cycle.

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, post, or otherwise make available through LinkBiopia, including text, images, videos, and links (“User Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the services.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and share the User Content, and that your content does not infringe on the rights of any third party (e.g., copyright, trademark, privacy rights). You agree not to upload any content that:

  • Is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory.

  • Violates the intellectual property rights of others.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe that you are engaging in any activities that harm the functionality or reputation of the Site. You may also terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account via the platform settings.

Upon termination of your account, your right to use the services will cease, and you will lose access to any paid features. You may request to delete your account and personal data by contacting us at hi@linkbiopia.com.

11. Changes to the Terms

LinkBiopia reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of the Site and services after the changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where LinkBiopia is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
